Customer Support & Project Coordinator

The Customer Support & Project Coordinator acts as the primary point of contact for post-delivery client support. The role includes attending project delivery and client meetings to understand business processes, system configurations, and custom developments. 

The coordinator receives and manages client issues through the helpdesk system, resolves functional or usage-related requests, and escalates technical or complex matters to senior consultants when required. The role also ensures proper follow-up, clear communication with clients, and accurate documentation of issues and resolutions.

Responsibilities

  • Attend project delivery and client meetings

Must Have

  • Experience in customer or application support
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Ability to understand business workflows
  • Experience with helpdesk or ticketing tools

Nice to have

  • ERP experience (Odoo is a plus)
  • Basic understanding of accounting
  • Experience in software or IT
  • Strong analytical skills
